Upon your arrival in Kathmandu (TIA), an Adventure Team representative will be waiting to pick you up. 
A welcome supper with a cultural presentation was served in a traditional Nepalese restaurant.

Half-day tour to Bouddhanath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, and Kathmandu Durbar Square; lunch at a restaurant with a view of the stupa; and return to your hotel.

 Today, start your drive to Sotikhola early. We take in vistas of the Nepalese farmland and alpine scenery as we go.  Drive on a pitched road from Kathmandu to Dhading Besi, the district headquarters of Dhading; however, the drive from Dhading Besi to Arughat will be on a rough road.  Upon arriving in Arughat, a significant town in the area, we continue driving towards Sotikhola through Arkhet bazar, which is where all the supplies for the Manashlu region are supplied. 

Crossing the bridge, hiking through picturesque woodlands, climbing onto a ridge over the Budhi Gandaki rapids, and arriving at Khursanibari/Liding, where a steep route winds up and down, are the next steps. 
The Budhigandaki River's sand bank and the community of Lapubesi are both traversed by the Machhakhola route.

Before crossing the Thado Khola and arriving at Khorlabesi, the narrow track has a few brief ups and downs. We reach Tatopani, a little hotspring, after a few more ascents and descents. We ascend a big, well-built stairway to Yarubagar through Dobhan, then bridge a landslide and across a ridge. After going over another ridge from the hot spring.  We ascend over a mountain, trek alongside the river, cross the west bank of the Budhi Gandaki, and then climb into the settlement of Jagat. 

Before approaching Philim, cross a suspension bridge over the Budhi Gandaki and then continue on a level, even track. Large Gurungs make up the majority of the population of Philim. From Philim, you make a steady ascent while stopping in Ekle Bhatti for lunch. Stay the night in a lodge in Lokpa, the first settlement you encounter as you reach the Tsum valley. 

You take an uphill path, stopping for lunch along the way, to reach to Chumling. Chumling is located on the southern face of the Shingri Himal. 
You enjoyed your visit to the Chumling Gombas very much.  Stay in the lodge for the night because this day is challenging due to the nearly the entire walk being uphill. 

Chhokangparo, which consists of the villages of Chhokang and Paro, is situated on flat ground and requires a challenging and lengthy day of walking, but the breathtaking valley view’s more than make up for it. 
Polyandry is practiced in numerous of the homes down here, and this area is recognized for its Tibetan Buddhist culture. From here, one can easily view the Ganesh Himal range. Go to Rachen Gumpa's guest home and stay the night. 

The final settlement to the north in the upper Tsum valley is called Nile. There are several houses in this neighborhood, which sits on the banks of the Shiar Khola. 
Mu Gompa, where a revered monastery is located, lacks any neighborhood businesses. 
This path is used to move commodities into and out of Tibet. It is located at the highest and farthest point in the valley. Several yak trains may be observed delivering supplies to adjacent settlements. 
Stay the night at the guest house of Mu Gompa. 

Take a half-day trip to the Nunnery and a small pond farther up the route. Alternatively, you may take a full-day climb to Vajyo with a packed lunch because there are no restaurants nearby. 
Today, we can go on excursions to the area's numerous snow-capped peaks for the greatest views of the hike. In Mu Gompa's guest home, spend the night. 

On an entirely downhill trajectory. The Punchen Himal, which has an odd form, is visible today. 
You retrace your steps from yesterday as you begin your fall today.

Along the hike, views of Manaslu and Ganesh Himal are visible. Monks are housed at the grand and imposing Gomba Lungdang monastery (all females). The monastery has areas that are off-limits to males. The most beautiful sunrise, though, is a magical time as it passes over the Ganesh Himal range. 

After eating at the Gompa for breakfast, we descend to Rainjam, where we can see the Ganesh Himal range up close, before gently climbing and descending to Ripchet. 
\One of the most relaxed communities in the area, Ripchet is a sizable community with around 70 families. Ripchet for the night.  

On bright days, you could glimpse Musk deer on the opposite side of the river. As you descend, you'll pass through a rather thick pine forest, which is home to a variety of bird species. Spend the night in Philim and take in the picturesque surroundings. 

On a slope that is entirely downhill. You leave the agricultural region close to Philim as you continue to descend down the route that traces the Budhi Gandaki River's banks. 
Take a moment to unwind in the calming and energizing Tatopani hot spring waters (Natural Hot Spring). 

 You can enjoy the waterfalls on both banks of the river as you pass through some mouse settlements today and observe the residents going about their daily activities.  A track splits near Khorlabesi, which leads to Gorkha. Sleep there the night before. .

 Before you ultimately arrive at Arughat from where it began, you go over bridges, through farmed lands, and through communities.

his journey is breathtaking. Along the journey, you'll see mountain vistas, beautiful countryside, rice terrace farms, vegetable fields, and people going about their daily lives blissfully as you travel up to Dhading Besi and Malekhu, which are noted for their delicious seafood. 
 Our trip through the Tsum Valley comes to an end with a trek up to Thankot, the entrance to Kathmandu, the nation's capital.

You must arrive 3 hours before your scheduled departure time so that we can drive you to the international airport in time for your journey to your next destination.
