Manaslu Circuit

At 8,163 meters above sea level, Mount Manashlu, also known as Kampunge, is the eighth-highest peak in the world. It is situated in the Nepalese Himalayas' western central region. Its name, "mountain of the spirit," is derived from the Sanskrit word manasa, which meaning "intellect" or "soul." On May 9, 1956, two Japanese climbers, Toshio Imanishi and Gyalzen Norbu, became the first people to reach the summit of Manaslu. According to mythology, Manashlu has always been a Japanese mountain, much as the British regard Everest as their peak.

The tallest mountain in the Gorkha District, which lies about 40 miles east of Annapurna, is Manaslu. Accessible paths may be found from every angle, leading to a summit that rises sharply above the surrounding terrain through long ridges and valley glaciers. The Manashlu area offers a variety of hiking options. The well-traveled 177-kilometer Manashlu walking route circles the Manashlu peak before descending to Annapurna after crossing the pass. The Nepalese government didn't permit trekking along this route until 1991. The walking path follows an old salt trade route along the Budhi Gandaki river. Along the trip, one may observe ten peaks that are higher than 6,500 meters, some of which are above 7,000 meters.

The Larke-La is the tallest mountain encountered along the trip, rising to a height of 5,106 meters. The Manaslu Conservation Area's main objective is to accomplish conservation and sustainable management of the defined area, which includes Manashlu.

Note: Even though this is our timetable, it might be changed to meet your needs. For instance, the number of days might go up or down, and the place could be added or eliminated.
